Registration Deadline is May 21st
 The early registration deadline for the 2013 Synod Assembly is fast approaching. After May 21, 2013; registration fees will be $135 per Voting Member and $60 per Visitor. The later fees also apply to walk-in registrations the day of the gathering. Registration fees include all meals.

Celebration Banquet & Program
Registration Ends May 22nd
The registration for the Celebration Banquet & Program that will be held on Friday, May 31 during Southeastern Iowa Synod Assembly will be closing on May 22. Congregations are invited to bring a core group of hunger advocates to this event to hear ELCA Pastor David Beckmann, CEO of Bread for the World, speak about confronting the problem of hunger; as well as participate in forums and the celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the ELCA. Young Adults Begin ELCA Global Mission Program
This August, 64 new young adults will be embarking on a life-changing year of service in one of nine countries around the world as part of the ELCA's Young Adults in Global Mission (YAGM) program. Some will be serving in churches, others will be teaching and others still will be working with community organizations.
