Lutheran Day on the Hill: March 11, 2013
Lutheran Services in Iowa
This day is essential in giving a voice to those who are not heard, for seeking social justice and for empowering people to exercise their right and responsibility to be part of the legislative process. Be part of seeking social justice. Come learn more about advocacy, hear from Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI) clients and have the opportunity to talk to your legislators at the State Capitol in Des Moines about making sure critical human services are available for children, families and individuals.
Charter buses will be available this year, so leave the driving to LSI. Charter buses will be picking up participants in Iowa City and Newton.
