Did you know that we have a Reload Lane at the 408 Conway Toll Plaza? Robert is one of our toll attendants who can help you open a new account or reload funds in just a few short minutes.

What's your day-to-day job like?
Working in the Reload Lane, I open new accounts and reload funds using cash, check or credit card. The process usually takes only 3-5 minutes. We can quickly reload your account using a receipt from a previous E-PASS reload. Or if you don't have that handy, we can find your account using your driver's license or transponder number.
What's something you've learned while working here that you didn't know before?
I didn't know that using E-PASS is cheaper than paying with cash. At the Conway Plaza, the toll is $1.25 with cash, but only $1.09 with E-PASS.
What's your favorite part about your job?
Customers know that the Reload Lane is open from 6 AM - 8 PM every day, so I interact with a lot of regulars. Some of them come through the lane when they know I'm working just to say hi and see how I'm doing. It shows that we really do have an impact on people's everyday lives.
