TIMES OF OUR LIVES IN JUNE

JUNE enters in the mutable sign of GEMINI the twins, an air sign.  This is one of two signs that can have 2 personalities - sometimes up and sometimes down.  Three transiting retrograde planets are still affecting us.   slowing things down. The 4th, Neptune turns retrograde on June 14th.  We have to repeat things over and over. Practice Patience.  It is not you - it is the energy.
 
June 4 New Moon in Gemini - squaring mutable signs, has an unstable influence in financial matters.  This month focus on entertainment and pleasure with fun loving Gemini.  The June Full Moon in Sagittarius on June 20 is a time to watch health matters. Since this is in a fire sign - a little exercise, a run, a dance may get out the cobwebs in a slowed down month.

June 20 Sun transits Cancer;  Summer Solstice and summer vacation time.

DICK SUTPHEN TURNS ANGER TO PEACE AND TRANQUILLITY 
 
Some people have greatly reduced their anger levels with a mantra such as. "From now on, I choose to respond to negativity with tranquility." Say it over and over and over to yourself throughout the day -- ideally, hundreds of times a day. Then when you encounter an anger-inducing situation, the programming will click in.
 
Running is a Tibetan cure for anger. If you're in an office, rush up and down the stairs. If you're at home, run around the house or around the block. Exertion requires more oxygen. When your breathing changes, your thought patterns also change.
 
If you can't run, do some deep breathing. Take a deep breath and hold it as long as you comfortably can, then let it out slowly through slightly parted teeth (this allows you to retain the moisture in your mouth), and when the breath is all the way out, contract your stomach muscles and push it further out and further out. Repeat. A few minutes of breathing is extremely relaxing and will defeat immediate anger.

 Learn to control your anger or it will control you.
