How quickly the summer seems to be over.  Going into a new vibration.  With the Autumn energy, there will be more chance of attaining what you have been planning.  Stuckness will be draining away. New ideas, new opportunities appearing. Be ready to move forward, fast.

Regrets are negative expectations about self.  These are the losses, missed opportunities you experienced, in the past.  These are self judgments regarding how you could have done better. Regrets weigh you down and hold you back. Since everything is a learning experience - no doubt it was supposed to happen that way.  There is always a next time, when you can handle a similar situation better. Move on. Replace regrets with self- acceptance and knowledge. Enjoy the present and look toward the future.  
BODY: HEALTH AND NUTRITION
 The Sun is in Virgo, the sign of health, nutrition and the intestines. It is a good time for cleansing and detoxing. Keep your lungs and large intestine clear. These organs play an important role in ridding the body of toxins to maintain optimum health.  Breathe fresh air deeply into your lungs and eat foods rich in fiber to cleanse your intestines.
