HELLO FROM LAURA
This is a time of "Waking up and Breaking Through". Astrology and current news tell of the intense current events and the emotions we feel.
Some dates to watch. Solar Eclipse occurs on May 9th and is followed by the Lunar Eclipse on May 24th, which is the third eclipse in less than 30 days. Eclipses bring intensity.
Uranus and Pluto are the cosmic awakeners of soul force. Uranus and Pluto are in exact square aspect for their third encounter on May 20th. Pluto confronts, eliminates and transforms our shadow side. Uranus brings sudden change. As the old cracks open, a new sense of mission and vision is birthed, both cosmically and personally.

MIND: GETTING STUCK
When you hit a wall, and get stuck, you can ask yourself: "What is this wall telling me"? How can I learn from it? You've heard the phrase, "Everything happens for a reason." Apply that to these unique life stop signs and you will see there are reasons for delays and stops. There are no mistakes, no errors, no accidents, no missteps, no faults. Perhaps it is not time to go forward or your plan needs to be improved. Perhaps the people and situations have not come together to support your life change. Perhaps it is not on your spiritual path. Course corrections are helpful in guiding your life in the way it is supposed to unfold. Do not fight them. You will be rewarded with less struggle and ultimately greater success. Move toward those doors which are open for you and away from those which are shut.
Stop, Look, Listen
Meditate to find answers.

BODY: BE KIND TO YOUR GUT
The gut and brain are connected via the vagus nerve. All neurotransmitters found in the brain are also found in the gut. The greatest amount of the calming neurotransmitter, serotonin, is found in your intestines, not your brain! Often referred to as the "second brain," the gut also has its own nervous system. It controls the gastrointestinal system, as well as over 70% of our immune system contained in our gut. Skipping meals upsets brain chemistry and mood. Eating at regular intervals throughout the day keeps blood sugar even and steadily fuels the brain. When we skip a meal, our blood sugar plummets and, as the brain calls for energy that is not available, our adrenal glands pump out cortisol to keep us primed for action. We may get a headache, become aggressive, irritable, hyperactive or exhausted. Eating excess sugar can create unpleasant symptoms, as well. Eat Well, Build Your Body, Get Healthy, Get Strong, Be Able to Adjust to Higher Frequencies

SPIRIT: Ho'oponopono
Ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian healing system, based on four simple phrases, "I love you," "I'm sorry," "Please forgive me," and "Thank you." These four phrases, spoken in earnest to God, helps clear negative emotions and thoughts within us. The theory is we are responsible for everything that comes into our lives. If we meet someone who is angry, or mean or stupid, etc., our responsibility is to heal the negative thought form within us that has allowed negativity to exist in another. Ho'oponopono is based on the premise that, as we clear, or "clean," negative thinking in ourselves, it is cleared in other people, too...and, to a degree, in the world.
