HELLO FROM LAURA

October has been a eventful month for me.  It began with a car accident, and the loss of my car. My angels protected me and I am okay.  A week later, I flew to Illinois to give two Past Life presentations at a Hypnotherapy convention. They went very well. I was advised to  come home early because of the storm.  Once home, I experienced a 2 day power loss.

Yes, I have been tested in many ways and have been learning patience.  It is taking a lot more time than expected to put my life in order again.

In 2012, numerous people have been experiencing unexpected or sudden occurrences. Many lives have  changed. Nothing remains the same.

The end of the Mayan calendar arrives on December 21, 2012. With the calendar ending, I believe we are experiencing endings ourselves.  No - not death. Not the end of the human race. Just some changes and an upgrade on a personal and collective level. 

Say hello to Thanksgiving on November 22.  We have a lot to be grateful for - Count your blessings, large and small. I am counting mine.

MIND: New Ways of Thinking

I believe these surprise happenings are causing us to improve ourselves and accept changes. Negative parts of us are dying off, making way for new evolved thinking and behaviors to emerge on all levels. It is because of these incidents we are forced to grow spiritually, whether we like it or not.  

Life has a way of pushing us along.  Instead of resisting - accept the changes. Take the time to examine your life. Let go of the areas which are not working and concentrate on the areas which are. 

You don't need to have a car accident or get sick to change your life. You can visualize a peaceful future.  You can meditate.  You can ask your angels. "What positive changes can I make?  
BODY: Warm Up Your Body

When cold weather strikes a chilling blow, it makes sense to consume healthy, warming, concentrated foods. Dark orange vegetables such as sweet potatoes, winter squash, and carrots provide warmth.

Include other grounding roots such as onions and potatoes.  Other warming foods include arugula, mustard greens, and watercress.

Culinary herbs that help us feel warmer and improve circulation include: Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cayenne, Cinnamon, Garlic, Ginger, and Horseradish

 Use  the warming culinary herbs to spice up your food and teas to promote warmth throughout the body. 
SPIRIT: Angel Meditation

1. Ask to be connected with your angel frequency
2. Open each one of your chakras  
3. Clear each chakra with white light
4. Clear your energy field (aura) with white light. 
5. Call in your angel spirit guide or guardian angel
6. Ask for the best solution to any personal situation
7. Ask what is your current lesson
8. When finished, thank your angel
9. Come out of Meditation.
