March 13, 1916 - July 27, 2013
Corinne "Lindy" Boggs, was the 1994 National Mother of the Year®. She was a former Congresswoman from Louisiana, a civil rights pioneer, the U.S. Ambassador to the Vatican in 1997, and the mother of three, including journalist Cokie Roberts. She was an inspirational lady who touched many lives and she will be missed.
