The KC Metro Restaurant/Catering Showcase will be held at K-State Olathe April 10 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Come sample and experience amazing cuisine and meet metro area chefs/caterers. $10 cover charge, free parking. More information.
- K-State Olathe and K-State Salina are partnering to offer a youth camp this summer. Aviation Fixation will be held on the Olathe campus July 15-17 for youth who are entering 3rd-6th grades in the fall. For more information, click here. Hurry, space is limited!

Olathe campus ramps up degree programs; two more to begin this Fall
Beginning this fall (with applications being accepted NOW), in addition to Adult and Continuing Education, are:
- Horticulture/emphasis in Urban Food Systems
- Agribusiness/Animal Health Cohort
Classes will also be offered in graduate programs for Food Science, Veterinary Biomedical Science and Biological and Agricultural Engineering.

College of Business Administration to host sales seminar April 26

Urban Water Institute names program coordinator
Joan Leavens has been named the new program coordinator for K-State Olathe's Urban Water Institute.
Founded last year, K-State's vision for the Urban Water Institute is to develop a premier center of knowledge and outreach focused on sustainable water management in urban and urbanizing environments.
