Ar. Pe. Pe winery has mastered the art of nebbiolo in the rustic, rocky landscape of Valtellina. At this dinner we'll compare two sub-regions: Grumello & Sassella, and their differences in both 2005 and 2006. We'll also try a stunning 2001 Sassella that might remind you of the finest Barolo or Barbaresco you have ever tried....

Local wine personality, David Witkowsky, just returned from a magical wine tour of Galicia and has chosen his favorite wines to present at this very special dinner. Here, we're mixing our favorite bistro fare with the sprightly and philosophic gems of Galicia, Spain.

The garden is growing greener! Spinach is popping up, and we'll soon have radishes, carrots, and beets!

Fresh, Local, Asparagus! 

We've been getting in whole, local, lambs, and creating degustation plates that showcase a few select cuts at one time. Above is a 
Local Highland County Lamb Degustation of 
Rack, Belly, and Sirloin, with CousCous and 
Braising Sauce...
