We have an exciting Wine Dinner on the horizon... 


Homage Dinner
Motivated by the upcoming send-off of Fleurie's young Chef de Partie, Eric, on his journey to study cuisine in Alsace, Chef Brian will prepare several of Alsatian Chef Jean-Yves Schillinger's classic dishes in an homage to his mentor. We know that Eric will have a thrilling experience in Chef Schillinger's Michelin star kitchen this summer. 
Chef Brian will prepare 4 of his favorite Schillinger dishes, plus his classic Garden Greens, harvested each morning from his own organic garden. 
We dug deep in the cellar to find a few extraordinary wines to serve with this unprecedented tasting menu.

We have greens, micro-greens, chive blossoms, and herbs, picked fresh each morning for the best salad in town.
