Looking for a Fresh Start? Our 21 day plant-based challenge equips you with the knowledge, resources, and motivation to greatly improve your diet in less than one month! Our goal is to help you create new healthy habits that continue all year long. While our program is mostly plant-based, you do not need to be a vegetarian to participate!
Your program includes:
- 4 In-class sessions consisting of 3 interactive educational lectures including a cooking class in the CWRU food lab plus a finale potluck*! Choose between two sections in June: Tuesdays 7:00am-8:00am (6/7, 6/14, 6/21) or Thursdays 12:00-1:00pm (6/9, 6/16, 6/23) at 121 Fitness. *Potluck 12:00pm Sunday 6/26
- +100 Quick & healthy recipes, local dining recommendations and ongoing support and guidance from our Vegetarian Diet Certified nutritionist!
- Private online community to share successes, recipes, questions, and motivation!
