Introducing a new series of classes to help you get the most out of our new free weight equipment!  Each person can sign up one time for a squat, bench, and deadlift class. Please meet in the free weight room 5-10 minutes early in workout attire.  We'll take care of the rest!

Squats | A Full Body Workout
Squats consist of a full body movement that work nearly every muscle in the body, yet so few do them correctly! We'll learn how to correct our form to squat effectively and minimize risk of injury.

Bench Press like a Pro
Learn to build upper body strength and lift big weights on the bench without injuring your shoulders.   We'll practice this technique until you have the tools to lift like a pro!

Deadlift with Confidence
This  is another full body exercise that will build head to toe functional strength. When performed correctly, the deadlift will also improve your posture, and back health.  We'll provide tips to build your strength safely and swiftly.
