It won't be long and the sunny days of summer will be here. The active sales market so far this year shows that many buyers are anxious to make sure they've got their spot at the shore.  Sales on the Island (Cape May, Cape May Point and West Cape May) have been strong so far this year.  Sold prices range from a low of $212,000 for a one bedroom condo in the beach block to a high of $925,000 for a large vacant lot with approvals in place to build a 5000 sq ft home. The median sold price is $404,750.  Interest rates and overall prices are low creating favorable conditions for buying.
