Your Online Creative Community |
The Creative Communities Exchange (CCX) gives us the opportunity to share our work in person. CultureCount is an online community that you can access anytime, anywhere! The community is for grantees, researchers, policy-makers, artists, cultural organizations, and creative businesses - anyone who wants to search New England's creative economy database. Search for assets to strengthen your creative community!
CultureCount is at its best when it is up-to-date with comprehensive entries. You can help with this by:
- Adding entries for new organizations that have opened in your community.
- Submitting corrections or update existing entries.
- Inviting creative businesses in your area to list their profiles.

More NEA Art Works Grants |
The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) will invest $26.3 million in Art Works grants in 13 disciplines. Recently, 62 out of 817 Art Works grants totaling $2,105,000 were given to applicants in New England states. Congratulations to all of the grant recipients!
Grantee Highlight: Boston College received a $25,000 Research Grant for its study to determine whether Americans' interests in visual arts, music, and literature can predict levels of entrepreneurship and innovation in the workplace, as demonstrated by longitudinal survey data from the U.S. Department of Labor.
Find NEA grants given in your community: The NEA recently launched an online grant search system in which you can search all of the NEA's grants since 2000.
