4 月16曰下午3：55 分在蒙特利公園市Garfield大道上的（一口福）被要去執行任務的消防車撞入，造成15 名路人，消防員，餐廳員工受傷。林大衛本人在第一時間趕到現場搜集理賠必需要的照片，當時就發送到公司團隊及保險公司，並且等到所有受傷人員都送到就近的加惠爾醫院，與餐廳負責人解釋理賠手續將如何進行後，林大衛在現場都清理完成後；晚上10：00才離開現場
事發次日，勞工保險公司已經得到所有資詢並且開始進行理賠及設法理赔聯絡餐廳受傷員工，至於餐館本身的財務損失，林大衞當天就爭取到3萬元緊急播放費，公司也承诺接下来費用也陸續寄出。餐廳業主在蒙受此重大意外後，知道有林大衛保險全體同仁努力，讓業主的權益有保障，因為「由我們這裡出去的每一張保單，我們都會負責到底

Topco Insurance cares about their customers

On April 16th, 2014, firefighters responded to a reported house fire in Monterey Park. In their haste to arrive on the scene, two firetrucks ended up colliding each other and subsequently crashed into Lu's Dumpling House in Monterey Park. The accident caused 15 injuries and at least one was reported in critical condition. Lu's Dumplings House just happens to have their commercial insurance policy with our agency, Topco Insurance.
Topco Insurance's owner, David Lin, immediately arrived on the scene of the accident. He quickly began to assess the damages and assured the restaurant owner and employees that they were properly insured. An insurance claim was filed the very next day, to begin compensation to injured employees and restaurant losses due to the accident. The day after the claim was filed, the insurance company paid $30,000 as a down payment to pay for the costs and more payments were also filed sent.
