Terry Hershey Event Sparks Enthusiasm for Lay Leadership
Terry Hershey, as part of his visit to St. John's, led a workshop on Sunday, March 23, for lay leaders and clergy on Empowering the Laity. The nearly 50 attendees left inspired and well fed, both by Hershey's words as well as by the lunch from Inside the Box, a social enterprise business of our outreach partner, Metropolitan Ministries.

St. John's Grief Support Ministry
invites you to a Service of Remembrance

Sunday, March 30, 2:30 p.m. in the Peterson Room    

at the Middle Division Campus, 240 Plant Avenue

 

Please join us as we remember our loved ones by name, share brief reflections on their lives, and connect with members of our church family who have experienced similar losses. A reception will follow. Contact the parish offices at 259.1570 or parish@stjohnstampa.org if you need a ride to the service.

Summer Christian Enrichment for Youth

Middle School Youth Summer Camp at Dayspring for rising 6th through 8th graders.  Cost is $375, click here to find out more.  Chaplain HQ will be the chaplain for this session!

St. John's Church Vacation Bible School: Wilderness Escape! Ages 3 through 10 are welcome to join us from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.  The cost is $30.  Volunteer opportunities for adults and older children are also available. Contact Leland Baldwin for more information.
