Rosie Zamora-- Lost 160 lbs!

Rose after

This wasn't just about losing weight. It was a lifestyle change. It was a spiritual, mental, and physical change. I am a different person now, a better person and a healthy person. I took control, something only I could do. I decided to make a very important decision and on May 10, 2012 I had gastric bypass surgery. It was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I was always the shy, chubby chick, always feeling that I was being left out. Sleeping with a c-pap and being borderline diabetic wasn't how I wanted to live the rest of my life. Now 16 months later, I have more self confidence and I have a feeling of accomplishment that I had never had before. No more c-pap and no more diabetes. Timeless Tuna

One can of Tuna

When it comes to seafood, tuna is the second most frequently consumed product in the U.S after shrimp. We eat about 2.7 pounds of tuna a year per person That's a lot of fish! Of the tuna eaters, 83 per cent eat it at lunch and most of it is in sandwiches. We also put it into salads and casseroles.

Canned tuna is available in either chunks or solid and can be packaged in water, oil, or broth. Most of us purchase chunk, light tuna in water. You can also find canned tuna that is marinated and flavored. While higher in fat, it makes a convenient ready-to-eat meal or snack that requires no refrigeration so you can take it on-the-go or in keep it in your desk at work.
