MULTIFAMILY: Tyler - A private investor has purchased the Creekside Circle Townhomes, a nine unit apartment property located at 5980 Creekside Circle. Boyan Radic and Mason Green, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Ft. Worth office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer was secured and represented by Drew Wetherholt, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Ontario office.

OFFICE: Dallas - A Fort Worth-based real estate investor has purchased the Alliance Commerce Center 14 located in Fort Worth's world-class, master-planned AllianceTexas development.  The property is situated on a 5-acre site and contains 72,772 square feet, 100% of which are currently leased. Gary Carr, Eric Mackey, John Alvarado and Robert Hill of CBRE arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. The buyer's representative was not disclosed.

INDUSTRIAL: Abilene - An investor has purchased a 40,000 SF commercial warehouse at 226 E. 7th Street in Abilene. Russ Webb with Silver Oak Commercial Realty represented the seller - 7th Street Abilene Partners, LLC in the transaction. Tom Niblo with Senter Realtors represented the buyer.

INDUSTRIAL: Fort Worth - Defense Solutions has leased 67,070 SF of industrial warehouse space located at 9001 South Freeway in Fort Worth. The building is owned by LMC Properties. Geoff Shelton and Donnie Rohde of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant's representative was not disclosed.

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Crane Worldwide Logistics, LLC has leased 150,000 square foot of office/warehouse space located at 6501 Navigation. This 21.6-acre complex is located East of downtown Houston near the ship channel. Jim Foreman and Beau Kaleel with Cushman and Wakefield represented Levey Group in the transaction. Ed Frantz and Kevin Kushner with CB Richard Ellis represented the owner.

LAND: Houston - GC&B Land Holdings, Ltd. has purchased a 174,240 square foot (4.0 acres) tract of land located at 2236 Garden Road in Pearland. Mike Chance of Coldwell Banker Commercial United, Realtors represented the seller, Mule Ear, Inc. and Pat Pollan of Pollan Hausman Real Estate represented the buyer. 

OFFICE: Houston - Overseas Trading has renewed their lease of 66,000 square feet of warehouse space located at 1800 South Street, Houston, TX 77009. B. Kelley Parker, III, SIOR; John F. Littman, SIOR, MAI; Coe Parker and Tim M. Thomas of Cushman and Wakefield of Texas Inc.'s Houston office represented the landlord, Tuffli Company, Inc., in the negotiations. Brad Marnitz, CCIM of NAI Houston represented the tenant.
