Colliers International hosted the TRENDS 2013 COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE at the Houston Country Club on January 29, 2013. The guest speaker was K.C. Conway, MAI, CRE Exec. Managing Dir. R.E. Analytics, Colliers International. Mr. Conway reviewed 2012 and the trends for 2013. Houston and Texas now rank in the top 10 of almost any list regarding commercial real estate, employment and economic activity. We'll be highlighting the presentation in the March issue of REDNews magazine.

The property is situated on a 5-acre site and contains 72,772 square feet, 100% of which are currently leased. Gary Carr, Eric Mackey, John Alvarado and Robert Hill of CBRE arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. INDUSTRIAL: Fort Worth - Defense Solutions has leased 67,070 SF of industrial warehouse space located at 9001 South Freeway in Fort Worth. The building is owned by LMC Properties. Geoff Shelton and Donnie Rohde of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant's representative was not disclosed. |
