Dear Friends,

My original intention for this issue of The Thinking Woman's Almanac was to focus on creative license.  What has developed instead has been a focus on a different sort of license, one issued recently by the Clerk of the City of New York for my marriage to Daniel Patrick Dillon.  After four years together, we decided to continue forward as a team, and were married on Valentine's Day last week at the Salmagundi Club of New York, where we first met.  We invite you to join us, even if you do not happen to dance Argentine tango yet, at our next tango evening at the club, Friday, February 20, for our Honeymoon Tango.

Next issue, I'll focus on creative license, but now is not the moment.

In the meantime, let me invite you also to several upcoming exhibitions.
