2015 has been a powerhouse year for The Sustainability Consortium. Thank you for being a valuable part of our ongoing story, and for your contribution to the next chapter in TSC history. 2015 Highlights
Toolkits and Innovations

Delivered new versions of 117 category Toolkits in October. 

Collective action through Innovation Projects: Priority Chemicals, Deforestation, and Cold Water Wash.
Implementation of TSC System

Implementation Services launched as part of TSC pivot to help members and users (retailers, suppliers, etc.) implement 

TSC convened 75 times, for 1643 hours, with 200 organizations and 460 stakeholders represented 

More than 1,700 suppliers completed ~3,000 surveys via SAP PSN 

TSC now covers products worth more than $135 billion in annual sales 

7 retailers/purchasers using SAP
China and Europe

Established our legal entity in China, launched partnership with CEC and TGCC in Green Public Procurement, and partnered with China Chain Store and Franchise Association for KPI projects with Chinese retailers.

Greater alignment with EU Product Environmental Footprint and uptake by EU retailers.
2016 Looking Ahead
Underway  

Release of The Consortium's first Impact Report highlighting the impact of our work. 

Retailer recruitment to increase the uptake of TSC tools with the goal of bringing on at least 2 new retailers at scale.

Leadership Initiatives including: Deforestation, Common Chemicals Taskforce, On-Farm Metrics, and Cold Water Wash.

Looking Forward

Several external events including GreenBiz 16 in February and TSC Summit in April.

New Toolkit development including 6 product sustainability Toolkits, 11 sector Toolkits, and a company Toolkit.
