Dear Colleagues,

It is my great pleasure to invite you to the 2015 Council of American Maritime Museums Annual Conference, being held this April 13th & 14th in Los Angeles, California. This national conference is an amazing opportunity to meet with and hear from maritime heritage organizations across the country.

We are truly fortunate to have the Los Angeles Maritime Museum as our conference host this year.  In addition to presentations from some of the finest maritime museums we also have planned a guided cruise of Long Beach/Los Angeles Harbors, lunch onboard a US Navy battleship, an exclusive screening of Mystic Seaport's film, Unfurling The World: The Voyages of Irving and Electa Johnson, and a closing dinner at the Los Angeles Yacht Club.

If this is your first time attending, or you are looking to bring new staff members along, I highly recommend you take a look at the Leonard Rennie Travel Grants which will pay for up to half of your travel costs.

Make your reservations soon for what promises to be an amazing two days with colleagues from around the nation.  I look forward to seeing you in Los Angeles this April!

CAMM President
