The Gilbert Group Inc., Real Estate of Columbus, Ohio, is pleased to announce the recently executed lease with Dunham's Sports at the Springfield Plaza in Springfield, Ohio. Michael Nolan of The Gilbert Group represented the Landlord in this transaction.
Dunham's will occupy 60,000 square feet within the Springfield Plaza, located on Upper Valley Pike in Springfield. They join Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Sherwin Williams, and CosmoProf at the center.
The Springfield Plaza is located across from the 742,000 square foot Upper Valley Mall and boasts a traffic count greater than 30,000 vehicles per day. Available space in the center range from 1,600 to 30,000 square feet.
