Many of you may already know I have been on my second weight loss journey. My first one took place in 1996. This one began over two months ago and thankfully I have lost almost 20 pounds. My main strategies have included simplicity, decreasing portion sizes, brisk walks weekly, and eating more fruits and vegetables.
