Why is NEFA conducting a financial survey of New England cultural nonprofits? 
 

NEFA began collecting financial information directly from nonprofit cultural organizations in New England in 1978. First done by paper survey, CultureCount is now the tool for collecting and displaying this data. The financial information submitted by you is shown in its raw form, along with IRS 990 data, in CultureCount's Financial Tool. It is also used in NEFA nonprofit studies to demonstrate the economic impact of the sector.  [Click to see more]

The survey is based on the IRS form 990 to allow small and embedded organizations to be compared with the larger, independent 990-filing organizations.  Get counted and see your organization's data in action!  The CultureCount Team will contact you when the data has been analyzed and published.
