I am excited to be moving in a new season.  You may have been experiencing a time of transition yourself over the last twelve months, exciting and stretching at the same time. 

For my part I sense that I am walking in new authority and doing new things, and at the same time know there is more expansion and change ahead.

While I have been able to equip thousands of individuals to use banners effectively, I believe the Lord is asking me to expand my role into providing more leadership to the banner-using community globally.  I believe I need to be freed up to research and write more and to connect with banner leaders around the world.

Banners remain central to the ministry I have been assigned, however, I am also noticing a shift toward more directly encouraging and releasing people into greater freedom in worship, prophecy and their personal Kingdom destiny.  Banners have proven to facilitate this.

As I have sought the Lord about these changes, I believe He has released me to ask for your support in continuing and expanding my role. 

In the ten years Out of Our Minds Banners has been ministering I have not sought personal support. I have worked with income generated by workshop fees, honoraria, sales of banners and training products and other external employment. As I began to pray earnestly for Him to show me the way forward financially, people spontaneously began to tithe and send in offerings.  On my recent trip to France and Switzerland a significant part of my income came from personal gifts.

Changes in currency values and decreased sales over the last two years have also put pressure on the ministries ability to expand.  As a result, many projects have been on hold during this period.  These projects will allow us to effectively impact and equip more people in more nations around the world and I believe play a significant role in shifting the spiritual atmosphere over cities and nations.

Would you consider helping me and the Out of Our Minds Banners team to move forward into all the Lord has set for us to do?
