New 3.8% Tax Demystified
There are lots of rumors and misconceptions circulating about the new 3.8 % tax that was signed into law with the new health care bill. It is not a real estate tax or transfer fee, but rather, a tax on the unearned income of high income taxpayers to be used to shore up the Medicare fund. Realtors have lobbied diligently to prevent any new real estate taxes or transfer fees as the economy and the real estate market are working to improve.

1 8oz Pkg of Cream Cheese
Juice from 1 Whole Lemon
Red Onion (Scallions or White Onions are ok)
Chopped Dill
Trader Joe's 21 Season Salute, if desired
Mix all together and serve with your favorite crackers.
