Homebuyer Tax Credit Offers Big Buyer Incentive
Along with low interest rates now available to qualifying buyers, Congress has passed and the President has signed legislation giving "first time homebuyers" an $8,000 refundable tax credit for buying a home in calendar 2009. First time homebuyer is defined as anyone who has not owned a home for 3 years. Please note, this is a credit against the buyer's 2009 tax liability, far more valuable than a deduction. The credit does not need to be repaid, if the home is owned for 3 years or more. In short, it's like having $8,000 toward your down payment. Please let us know how we can put you in a great home of your own in EDo.

EDo Spaces Gets Physical
Our new office is located right across the street from Daily Grind and next to the Historic Collections Library, along Central between Arno and Edith. To celebrate our new space, we will be hosting an Open House on Thursday, March 12 from 5:30-7:30 pm. Please stop by to join us for refreshments from our fine local restaurants and discuss our local real estate market. Now, more than ever, The Lofts are great place to live and own a home. Come and see for yourself! |
