Oyster Works' uses Integrated Project Management to create thoughtful, beautiful buildings that are energy efficient and produce a measurable return on investment. Our project team combines the expertise of many different disciplines - an approach that is particularly helpful in the design and construction of energy efficient buildings that use emerging technologies and building systems.

In the pictures left and above Senator
Whitehouse listens as Tom Alexander from
Delta H explains the Climate Block system and
Dave Mitchell from Alares explains the
geothermal system.
The Climate Block panels create a tight well-insulated building envelope and are constructed with no thermal bridging. The geothermal system uses the constant temperature of the earth to heat and cool the building and is 40 percent more efficient than conventional systems. There is no oil or gas in the building.
Energy efficiency is not our only criteria. We want our buildings to be beautiful! In the picture below Megan and Andrew give the congressmen an overview of the building's architecture. The strong geometry of the timber frame defines the interior which is dramatically lit by LED lights and
a candelabra made from recycled wine barrels. Evelyn Audet is responsible for the lighting design.
