Oyster Works is crafting an architecturally designed, eco-friendly package store that combines traditional New England forms with energy-efficient technologies and building systems. Oyster Works is the architect, project manager, and general contractor for the project. The architectural design, combined with the use of highly efficient materials from the EPS wall and roof panels to the geothermal heating and cooling system, make the Charlestown Package Store a model for energy-efficient commercial design and construction.
