Focus on Food Safety training program prepares kitchen workers in safety

Every year, thousands of people in the United States suffer from foodborne illness, many of whom are sickened by improper food handling at restaurants, schools, and institutions.  Kansas State University Olathe, in collaboration with the Kansas Department of Agriculture, Sysco KC and Ecolab, is on a mission to change this statistic.

The exterior of our first building has become somewhat iconic, but what about the inside?  For those that haven't had the chance to see it, here's a glimpse at what things look like inside, and how they took shape - as featured in a recent case study.

We thank you for your continued support, and we hope to see you at K-State Olathe and in the community soon!
