Greetings!
One of SEEDS' core values is to foster learning and growth, and it is because of this commitment that we are building a community of peacekeepers in the Bay Area and beyond. We believe that when we teach clients conflict resolution skills, they take their learning with them and spread seeds of peace throughout the world. By donating today, you increase people's capacity to bring peace wherever they go.
Our training program has successfully educated over 10,000 people in conflict resolution skills and certified over 2,000 community mediators. At last month's 40-hour mediation certificate training, we trained over 30 mediators; half were provided full or partial scholarships.

Our training model and atmosphere embody SEEDS' mission, which our clients notice. One client from this year's 40-hour mediation training said he connected with his peers like never before. Ian, another participant, wrote us to say:
- "This mediation training will give you new tools to listen to people and actually hear what they are saying. Hearing each other is one of the biggest challenges in life, and one of the biggest benefits as well since human interaction is the point of life."
You see, SEEDS works hard to provide conflict resolution trainings because we understand the impact they have in our community. By supporting SEEDS today, you will create a more supportive culture in our community.

Your gift will enable SEEDS to:
- provide free or low-cost, high-quality, trainings to local community members
- provide a culturally sensitive Spanish-language conflict resolution training
- provide a partial scholarship for a 40-hour or 2-day conflict resolution training
- provide work-place harmony for Bay Area agencies represented in our trainings: non-profits, small businesses, faith-based organizations and government offices

As you know, our trainings and workshops are just one way in which SEEDS is creating peace in our local communities. Our programs provide low-cost conflict resolution services, trainings and workshops, and model positive conflict resolution techniques. By supporting us today, you will help us to continue cultivating peace in the community.
In peace and gratitude,
