Meet Jimmy Holloran
JimmyHolloranJimmy Holloran came to JFY through a former Junior Board member, Emily Lieberman. The instant he walked through our doors, his voice was heard and his enthusiasm was even more apparent. Jimmy has a magnetic personality that will make him an amazing teacher, a journey he will embark on as a member of Teach for America in St. Louis this fall.

Though he would only be in Chicago for a month or so, Jimmy was determined to give JFY all that he had in the way of coaching and motivational expertise. And wow, did our clients take to him quick. Evaluations poured in singing his praises. "He's such a nice guy, I can't wait to work with him again." "Jimmy is really excited to be here, and that makes me excited to be here."

Jimmy often gave countless hours to JFY in this short time, teaching workshops and interviewing, often in the same day. Staff was impressed and often remarked, "That guy is a keeper." And I only wish we could. Good luck, Jimmy! We will miss you, and hope you'll come back to visit JFY and motivate even more youth when you're visiting in Chicago.

JFY TURNS 30 THIS YEAR!
