| Last Chance on Portico Wellness Credits
Attention ELCA primary health plan member:Don't miss the chance to earn wellness credits and offset eligible out-of-pocket health care costs. Members that took the health assessment before September 30 have until November 30 to earn an additional $350 by participating in follow up activities.
