Building Fund Update - Synod Center for Ministry

Kathy Smith, Associate for Administration

THANK YOU to the many congregations and individuals who have contributed, and continue to contribute, toward the repair and renovation of the Synod Center for Ministry.  Following extensive work on the roof, redesign of the central work area, and replacement of windows and carpeting the facility is now well equipped to serve the congregations and people of the Southeastern Iowa Synod for many years to come.    As of July, we have a balance of $195,399 on a renovation loan.  Gifts are still being received each month and all donations go directly toward the principal of the loan.   We invite you to please consider a gift, or an additional gift, to help offset these costs.
