ANNOUNCEMENT: Houston - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has hired Derek Hargrove as a senior associate in the Houston office. In his new position, Hargrove focuses on the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers throughout southwest Texas. He also holds the title of associate director of Marcus & Millichap's National Retail Group. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Hargrove worked at UCR Moody Rambin PAGE where he represented clients in their leasing and disposition of multi-tenant retail properties.
INDUSTRIAL: Houston - TTM Interests LP purchased an 82,000 SF multi tenant, tilt wall, dock high building at 3902-3920 Westhollow Parkway in Houston from Richland Investments. Richard Glass with CRC Real Estate represented the buyer.
INDUSTRIAL: Sugar Land - KW Industries, Inc. has sold a 40,000 SF building at 510 Industrial Blvd. in Sugar Land. The seller, KW Industries, Inc., was represented by Chris Caudill and Joel Michael of NAI Houston. Blake Gibson and Ashley Yoder of Colliers International represented the purchaser, Petronash.
OFFICE: Houston - CF Investment Holdings LLC, a Houston medical service firm, has purchased 11221 Katy Freeway Building, a 25,000 SF, 2-story office building, located on the south side of Katy Freeway between Wilcrest and Kirkwood. Tony Pour of Greenpark Realty Advisors represented the buyer, CF Investment Holdings LLC, and Kris Lilly and Peggy Rougeou of Tarantino Properties represented the seller.

OFFICE: San Antonio - Stream Realty Partners received recognition from BOMA International for their corporate office, One Castle Hills, in San Antonio. The property, for which Stream Realty also provides leasing and management, has been designated a BOMA 360 Performance Building and was recognized for demonstrating best practices in building operations and management.
RETAIL: Cedar Park - Med Spa has leased 13,205 SF at The Depot, 401-402 Whitestone Blvd. in Cedar Park. Alan Rust of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.
RETAIL: Austin - SRS Real Estate Partners announced the sale of Silver Creek II shopping center in Austin. The property is approximately 10,000 SF and was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale. It is located at the signalized intersection of West Parmer Lane and Silver Creek Drive. Jason Middlebrook of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller in the transaction.
RETAIL: Austin - Milan Productions, LLC dba Dance Austin Studio leased 2,325 SF at Lonestar Center, 9012 Research Blvd. in Austin. Andrew Perkel of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.

HOTEL: Odessa - Shepperd Hotel Company, LLC purchased the 100-room Hilton Garden Inn, located in the Midland-Odessa market, from Seabrook Lodging Corporation. The sales price for the 18-month old hotel was not disclosed, but the asking price was $12.5 million. Ray Hankamer of Hankamer & Associates Brokers, LLC of Houston represented the seller.
OFFICE: Arlington - SkyWalker Property Partners has sold the 78,660 SF Cordovan Park in an off-market transaction to Texas Trust Credit Union. The credit union has acquired a pair of 39,330 SF buildings at 5850 West I-20 and 5840 West I-20 in Arlington. Darrel Higginbotham of SCM Real Estate Services represented Texas Trust. SkyWalker Property's point man was Beaux Riley, who is also with SCM.
OFFICE: Plano - Primera is set to break ground on a 51,333 SF two-story Headquarters Place office building in the master-planned Legacy Business Park in Plano. The office project is located at 5151 Headquarters Drive adjacent to the Nylo Hotel. The building is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2013. The project is owned by Primera Headquarters Partners, developed by Myers & Crow Company. Leasing will be handled by Trevor Franke and Aarica Mims of Peloton Real Estate Partners.
