ANNOUNCEMENT: Dallas - Matt Smith has joined Lee & Associates' Dallas office. Matt has over 12 years of real estate experience. He specializes in industrial leasing and brokerage, and will focus in the Great Southwest and DFW Airport submarkets. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Matt was with Weingarten Realty.

INDUSTRIAL: Dallas - Imlach & Collins Brothers LLC has leased 33,480 SF of warehouse space in Regal Business Center Building 7, 4653 Leston Avenue in Dallas. Brian Pafford of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Regal Business Center Inc. David Esterling of CBRE represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL: Marshall - Philips Service Corporation executed a 10-year build-to-suit lease agreement with Levey Group for a 28,000 SF industrial NORM facility. Levey Group will purchase, develop and own the 9-acre tract along Highway 20 in Marshall. Levey Construction, a division of Levey Group, is expected to begin construction on the warehouse and crushed concrete laydown yard September 2012.

INDUSTRIAL: Grand Prairie - Graphic Resources Inc. has leased 18,543 SF of warehouse space at 607 Avenue R in Grand Prairie from DCT Industrial Trust Inc. Michael W. Spain and Jim Ferris of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord. Erik E. Blais, also with Bradford, represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL: Grand Prairie - DXP Enterprises Inc. has renewed 13,313 SF of warehouse space at 1515 Avenue S in Grand Prairie. Michael W. Spain and Jim Ferris of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, DCT Industrial Trust. Brian Rolens of Fisher & Co. represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL: Carrollton - Yokogawa Corporation renewed 6,879 SF of warehouse space for 1 year at 2155 Chenault Drive in Carrollton. Matt Waldon represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

MEDICAL: Arlington - Arlington Surgical Association has signed a 6,587 SF lease at the USMD medical office building in Arlington. The 3-story 91,453 SF medical office building is located at 811 W. Interstate 20. Gary Walker and Renee Efimoff with SCM Real Estate Services represented the landlord in this transaction.

MULTIFAMILY: Tyler - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of The Village on Broadway, a 63-unit property at 5315 South Broadway in Tyler. Boyan Radic, Mason Green and Brian Roosth with Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a local, private investor. The buyer, a New York-based apartment owner/operator, was also secured and represented by Radic, Green and Roosth.

MULTIFAMILY: Dallas - Lee Widmer of Dallas has purchased the 16-unit Townview Apartments at 926 N. Marsalis within sight of the new Margaret Hunt Hill bridge in the Oak Cliff Gateway TIF. The transaction was brokered by Joe Lumbley of JP Lumbley & Associates and was financed through an Oklahoma bank which has just entered the DFW market.

RETAIL: Fort Worth - Bennigan's has leased a 7,316 SF space at Overton Park Plaza in Fort Worth. Overton Park Plaza is located along West Loop 820, just north of South Hulen Street. Jason Puig and Michael Miller with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord is WRI Overton Park, LLC.
