MULTIFAMILY: Houston - HFF has closed the sale of Tanglewood at Voss, a 376-unit, Class A, mid-rise multi-housing property at 7510 Burgoyne and 2301 South Voss Road in Houston. HFF represented the seller, Behringer Harvard, and procured the buyer, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers. Craig LaFollette, Todd Marix, Todd Stewart, Tre Banks and Chris Curry with HFF represented the seller.

OFFICE: Nassau Bay - Boxer Property announced it has acquired 1322 Space Park, a 120,733 SF property in Nassau Bay. Boxer plans to undertake a number of upgrades and renovations to create more character for the property. The seller, LNR Partners, was represented by Rudy Hubbard and Kevin McConn of Jones Lang LaSalle.

RETAIL: Katy - Trey Lipsitz and Kris Von Hohn of NAI Houston represented the seller of the 23,500 SF, Dollar Tree-anchored, Hunter Plaza Shopping Center on North Fry Road in Katy. The property was 100% occupied with over 60% national credit tenants.
RETAIL: Conroe - Venture Commercial has completed a 15,142 SF lease for Northern Tool + Equipment, located in the Pine Hollow Shopping Center, 2016 IH-45 North in Conroe. Clay Mote of Venture Commercial is master broker for Northern Tool and represented the retailer along with Jason Baker of Baker Katz. The Houston office of The Weitzman Group represented the landlord, 9SC Associates.
RETAIL: Houston - Flowing Rivers Church, pastored by Ray and Sue Yackell, has leased 3,000 SF of space at 14800 Westheimer in Houston. The landlord, Rothchild Family Partnership, was represented by Joe Rothchild, president. The tenant was represented by Mark Kidd, Sr. of M Kidd Properties, Inc.
