LAND: Lewisville - Henry S. Miller Brokerage's Dan Spika, SIOR arranged the sale of two properties near downtown Lewisville. Spika assisted the seller, Multi Building, Inc., in the disposition of a 3.07-acre parcel at 816 E. Highway 121 to a local real estate investor. The investor was represented by Richard Patten of Patten Realty. Spika also arranged the sale of 3.2 acres for the property owner, Paul Guzik, to CB Green Investments. The property is located at 997 E. Main Street and includes a 4,000 SF office building.

OFFICE: Fort Worth - CBRE announced the sale of Overton Centre in Fort Worth on behalf of Holt Lunsford to TLC. The 447,917 SF property consists of two nine-story office towers and one data center facility. Overton Centre is situated on a total of 24.6 acres, which includes a 3.3-acre parcel that will feature immediate frontage along the new Chisolm Trail Parkway. Gary Carr, Russell Ingrum, Eric Mackey, and Robert Hill of CBRE represented the seller.
OFFICE: Dallas - Adler Realty Investments closed on its acquisition of Four Forest Plaza, a 398,767 SF, Class A office tower in the Park Central district in north Dallas, with access to North Central Expressway and LBJ Freeway. CBRE's Rick Rensi, David Reed and Clay Gilbert will handle the leasing and marketing efforts on behalf of the new owner, an entity managed by Adler.
