 ANNOUNCEMENT: Dallas - Cresa announced that Jim Leslie has been named the firm's next CEO, succeeding Bill Goade, who founded the firm in 1993 and has served as Chairman or CEO since the firm's inception. Mr. Leslie was formerly President and COO of the Staubach Company, acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008. Mr. Leslie has served as an Advisor to the Cresa Board of Directors since 2002 and was one of the founders of the firm's Capital Markets Group.

The seller was Kevin W. Vann, J.C.D., D.D., Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth. Gene J. Livens, Church and School Consultant with Service Realty, acted as an intermediary.

OFFICE: Bedford - SkyWalker Property Partners has acquired a 70,938 SF, 57%-leased office building at 3301 W. Airport Freeway in Bedford. Gary Walker and Shane Benner of SkyWalker Property Partners brokered the buy side. Tom Strohbehn of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the seller, a California-based family trust.

RETAIL: Lewisville - Cosmic Jump Trampoline Entertainment Center has selected a vacant 22,900 SF Bassett Furniture store near Valley Ridge Mall in Lewisville for an indoor trampoline park. National Trampoline Entertainment Centers LLC will open the family entertainment center in mid-June at 1915 S. Stemmons Freeway. The landlord, Lewisville Basset LLC, was represented by Eric Vickers of Kim Martin Co. Inc.
