ANNOUNCEMENT: The Woodlands - The Howard Hughes Corporation announced Paul Layne will join the company as Executive Vice President, Master Planned Communities. Mr. Layne will be based in Houston near both The Woodlands and Bridgeland. Most recently, Mr. Layne was Executive Vice President at Brookfield Properties Corporation leading the financial performance of a 9.7 million SF portfolio in the Houston CBD.

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Star Pipe Products has leased ���60,000 SF of warehouse space at 4023 Westhollow Parkway in Houston. Jon L. Michael and Edward R. Bane of NAI Houston handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord, Cobalt Industrial REIT. Walker Barnett of Colliers International represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Spirit Delivery & Distribution has leased ���25,680 SF of warehouse space at Pine Timbers Distribution Center in Houston. Jon L. Michael and Edward R. Bane of NAI Houston handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord, IndCor Properties. Carlton Anderson and Jason Lev of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.

INDUSTRIAL: Magnolia - Robinson Asset Management has purchased a 5,337 SF industrial building located at 24926 FM 1488 in Magnolia. Andy Havel of The Caldwell Companies represented the buyer. Thomas Leger and Mike Spears of The National Realty Group represented the seller, Joe Edward Daniels Jr. and Julia Michele Daniels.

LAND: Houston - McAlister Real Estate has negotiated the sale of 2.08 acres of land located at 1225 W. 26th Street in the Shady Acres Subdivision to Ryland Homes of Texas for the development of 27 single-family residences. Chris Hutcheson, Matt Herring and James Kadlick of McAlister Real Estate brokered the transaction.

OFFICE: Houston - Hartman Income REIT announced the completion of a 10-year lease to First Financial Group of America. First Financial Group of America will occupy 25,506 SF at 11811 North Freeway in Houston. Tom Ford and Roddie McAlpine of CRESA Partners represented the tenant. Michelle Wogan, Evelyn Ward, and Dani Allison of Transwestern represented the owner, Hartman Income REIT.

OFFICE: Houston - DBR, Inc. leased 19,628 SF at 9990 Richmond in Houston. Kevin Gardner of Cresa Houston represented the tenant and Richard Barbles of Fuller Realty represented the landlord.

OFFICE: Houston - Air Products and Chemicals has leased 11,842 SF at 12600 Northborough Drive in Houston. Andre Granello and Jeffrey Peltier of Cresa Houston represented the tenant and Glenna Duke of Aque Investment Group represented the landlord.

OFFICE: Houston - Hartman Income REIT announced the completion of a 5-year lease to Dorf Ketal Chemicals, LLC. Dorf Ketal will occupy 11,070 SF at Westheimer Central Plaza in Houston. Candace Renaud of Renaud Sero Advisors represented the tenant. Ami Figg represented the owner, Hartman Income REIT.

OFFICE: The Woodlands - Rift Energy has leased 6,276 SF at 2170 Buckthorne in The Woodlands. Steven Heal and Julie King of Cresa Houston represented the tenant and Scot Ison of Axis represented the landlord.
