The buyer was an out-of-state investor. The transaction was negotiated by Mike Miller, Chris Ross and Will Caruth of Hendricks & Partners on behalf of the seller.
MULTIFAMILY: Killeen - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has received the listing for The Killeen Portfolio, three multifamily properties totaling 625 units located in Killeen. RESIDENTIAL: Floresville - The River Bend subdivision and golf course in Floresville is under development to provide developed lots to homebuilders in the south Texas market. River Bend is owned by the River Bend Development LLC and is being developed by Parke Patterson. River Bend consists of 468 acres and will eventually have 800 single family developed lots for homes priced from the low $200s to the $400s.
