ANNOUNCEMENT: Dallas - CBRE announced that John Alvarado has joined the company's DFW operations. Mr. Alvarado joins CBRE as Senior Vice President and will be a senior member on the investment sales team. Most recently, Mr. Alvarado was a Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle within the firm's Capital Markets Group in Dallas.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Dallas - CBRE announced that Shannon Brown has joined its office leasing group as Vice President. Ms. Brown possesses nearly 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Brown was with Jones Lang LaSalle, where she was a vice president within the firm's agency leasing group.

INDUSTRIAL: Wylie - Barthalow Rentals Company purchased a 41,700 SF three-building property at 940 Hensley Lane in Wylie. Allen Gump, SIOR, CCIM with Colliers International and Hugh Resnick with Pizel & Associates Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer. Jeff White and Mike McCartan with Mark V Commercial represented the seller, International Property Holdings, LLC.

INDUSTRIAL: Dallas - Perfect Score Technologies purchased a 29,920 SF building at 4012 Bronze Way in Dallas. Allen Gump, SIOR, CCIM with Colliers International and Joel McCabe with The McCabe Company represented the seller, TX-KSS, LLC.

INDUSTRIAL: Dallas - American Recycling Associates acquired a 21,760 SF building at Stemmons Industrial Park, 1050 Metro Media in Dallas, from ProLogis. Jon Sorg with ProLogis represented the seller. Matt Thompson and Phil Rosenfeld with Colliers International represented the buyer.

INDUSTRIAL: Lewisville - Lee & Associates has completed a 16,800 SF industrial lease at 501 W. Valley Ridge Blvd. in Lewisville. Mark Graybill represented the landlord. The tenant, Eagle Gun Range, was represented by Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Brokerage.

INDUSTRIAL: Dallas - Antique Drapery Rod leased 14,570 SF at 1937 Irving in Dallas. Allen Gump, SIOR, CCIM with Colliers International represented the tenant. Doug Molny with Jim Lake Inc. Realtors represented the landlord, 1937 Irving LLC.

INDUSTRIAL: Carrollton - Lee & Associates has completed a 13,800 SF industrial lease at 1605 Crescent Circle in Carrollton. Nathan Denton represented the tenant, Innovative Business Services. The landlord was represented by Alan Clark of JSC Realty Investment Services.

INDUSTRIAL: Richardson - NoorArt Inc. and Metroplex Mail Co. have leased 7,032 SF and 5,884 SF of industrial space, respectively, in 1400 Distribution Center, 1352-66 Exchange Drive in Richardson, from TCIT Dallas Industrial Inc. Susan Singer of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord. Greg Fail of McNeff Commercial Real Estate represented NoorArt. Metroplex Mail was a direct deal.

LAND: Grand Prairie - DMO Property Holdings has purchased a 15.41 acre site at Grand Lakes Blvd. and Gifford Street in Grand Prairie from Sowell & Company. DMO Property Holdings was represented by Tom Pearson, SIOR and Chris Teesdale, SIOR, both executive vice presidents with Colliers International, who coordinated the sale with Jamie Cornelius, vice president of Sowell & Company.

OFFICE: Richardson - Siemens has renewed 26,161 SF of office space at 1010 E. Arapaho Road in Richardson. Susan Singer of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, Counterpoint Center Inc., in the direct deal.
