INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Nomac Drilling has leased a 25,050 SF building located at 20203 Carriage Point Drive in Houston. Lane Guinn of JLM Commercial Advisors, Inc. represented the tenant. Mike Spears and Robert McGee of The National Realty Group, Inc. represented the landlord, ES Hardy Park, LP.
INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Levey Group will begin construction on an 18,000 SF tilt-wall building leased by GHX Industrial, LLC. This built-to-suit project is in Northwest Place Industrial Park located at West Little York and Bingle Road. Levey will utilize its construction services division, Levey Construction, to build the facility. Jim Foreman and Beau Kaleel with Cushman & Wakefield represented Levey on the lease. Eric Lestin with TGB Crosswell represented the tenant.
INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Justin Robinson and Matteson Hamilton with Stream Realty Partners represented Clay Campbell Business Park at 9510 Campbell Road in a 17,100 SF lease. The tenant, Leedo Manufacturing Company, was represented by Jeff Lindenberger with Mason Partners.
INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Justin Robinson and Matteson Hamilton with Stream Realty Partners represented West by Northwest at 9001 Jameel Road in a 5,142 SF lease. The tenant, W-Industries, Inc., was represented by Billy Gold with CB Richard Ellis.

OFFICE: Houston - Brookfield Office Properties has leased a total of 272,000 SF in Houston. Chevron U.S.A. expanded its lease by 163,950 SF at 1600 Smith Street. Tim Relyea of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas represented Chevron. At Heritage Plaza, Rosetta Resources Operating will lease 108,565 SF. Chad Beck, David Bale and Steven Burkett of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Rosetta. Brookfield was represented in-house by Margaret Sigur and Paul Frazier on the Chevron transaction and by Frazier for the Rosetta lease.
OFFICE: Houston - Samsung Techwin America signed a lease for 9,800 SF of space at 11757 Katy Freeway in Houston's Energy Corridor submarket. Paul Coonrod, Adam Jackson and Philip Armes of Stream Realty Partners provided landlord representation for Equastone Kirkwood, LP. Veronica Lee of RE/MAX Memorial Town & Country provided tenant representation.
OFFICE: Houston - Stream Realty Partners secured a lease expansion at Westway One in Houston's Northwest submarket. Cameron has expanded its lease at the property to include an additional 8,166 SF of space. Brad Fricks and Marilyn Guion of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Wells Real Estate Funds. Brandi McDonald of Newmark Knight Frank provided tenant representation.
OFFICE: The Woodlands - RIFT Energy has leased 6,276 SF at 2170 Buckthorne Place in The Woodlands. Steven Heal and Julie King of Cresa Houston represented the tenant and Scot Ison of Axis represented the landlord.

RETAIL: Houston - Hartman Income REIT announced that Hartman Short Term Properties XX, Inc., an affiliate, has purchased a note collateralized by Haute Harwin Shopping Center, a 39,021 SF, two-building retail center located on Harwin, one block west of Hillcroft in Houston, from Torchlight Loan Services LLC. Auction.com represented the seller, Torchlight Loan Services LLC. Dave Wheeler and Julian Kwok, CCIM represented the buyer.
RETAIL: Pasadena - NewQuest Properties leased 12,245 SF to Anna's Linens at Pasadena Town Plaza, located at Pasadena Blvd. and Southmore in Pasadena. David K. Meyers and Bob Conwell represented NewQuest. Katherine Wildman of Wulfe & Co. represented the tenant.
