ANNOUNCEMENT: Houston - Moody Rambin Interests announced the promotion of Kevin Nolan to Senior Vice President of the Office Services division. Kevin has been with the firm for twelve years and has consistently been one of the firm's top producers.

INDUSTRIAL: La Porte - GEM Mobile Treatment Services leased a 20,728 SF office/warehouse building located at 1434 Sens Road in La Porte. Ryan Wasaff of GSL Welcome Group represented the landlord, GSL Industrial Partners Sub Two, LP. Lane Guinn with JLM Commercial Advisors represented the tenant in negotiations.

 

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - RGM Asset Management has sold a ���15,000 SF building at 5425 Renwick in Houston. The seller, RGM Asset Management, was represented by Chris Caudill and Joel Michael of NAI Houston. Tim Opatrny of TAO Interests represented the purchaser, Biz and Company, in the transaction.  

INDUSTRIAL: Pasadena - 2307 S. Shaver, LP purchased an 8,600 SF former paint and body shop located at 2307 S. Shaver in Pasadena. K. Wayne Landin Sinclair with Claire Sinclair Properties represented the seller, Prosperity Bank, and David Spofford represented the buyer.

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Ambashi Collections and Pashmina World have leased a total of 8,000 SF of warehouse space on 9503 Harwin Drive behind Harwin Outlet Mall in Houston. Larry Indermuehle and Jane Holloway with ICO Commercial represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - HKA Enterprises, Inc. has leased a 6,000 SF building located at 2940 Farrell Road in Houston. Michael Hill of Michael Hill Properties represented the tenant. Mike Spears and Thomas Leger of The National Realty Group represented the landlord, Farrell Road Properties, Ltd.

LAND: Houston - Nabil Murad of NM Management, LLC represented YD Investments, LLC in the purchase of 2 acres located on Brystone in Brittmoore-Tanner Business Park from Pineda Investment Corp. Sergio M. Pineda of Hankamer & Associates represented the seller.

OFFICE: Houston - Greg Usher of Cypressbrook Company represented Chevron Phillips Chemical Company in the expansion of their lease space, bringing the total leased office space to 13,083 SF, located at 363 North Sam Houston Parkway in Houston. Terri Torregrossa of Moody Rambin Interests represented the landlord, 363 Northbelt, L.P.

RETAIL: Houston - Beauty Empire is going into 8,032 SF at 6101-6141 Telephone Road in Houston. Simon Ha of Retail Solutions represented the landlord and Lana Chang of Home Team America represented the tenant.

RETAIL: Houston - Diesel King has leased 5,015 SF at 6261 Richmond in Houston. Simon Ha of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.
