ANNOUNCEMENT: Dallas - Blake Lugash, a long-time veteran of Realty Capital Partners, has re-joined the firm as its President to re-launch its equity investment activities and oversee day-to-day operations. INDUSTRIAL: Roanoke - Colliers International announced that DSC Logistics has signed a lease renewal in Roanoke. The 603,050 SF warehouse facility is located at 300 Gateway Parkway. DSC Logistics was represented by Lynn Reich, SIOR, CCIM and Allen Gump, SIOR, CCIM with Colliers International. The landlord, 300 Gateway Parkway LP, was represented by Eric Rutledge with Cushman & Wakefield.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INDUSTRIAL: Grapevine - Henry Schein Inc. has renewed 241,909 SF of warehouse space in Heritage Business Park Building 3, 1001 Nolen Drive in Grapevine. Michael W. Spain with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, A&B Properties Inc. Brett Owens and Brant Landry of Transwestern Dallas represented the tenant.

 

 

 

 

INDUSTRIAL: Frisco - BDG Air LLC has leased 27,346 SF of industrial flex space in Frisco Commerce Center Building B, 10570 John W. Elliott Drive in Frisco, from Seacal Frisco LLC. Nick Talley with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant. Bob Hagewood with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord.

 

 

 

 

 

INDUSTRIAL: Richardson - State of Texas leased 15,223 SF of flex space for 10 years at 1055 South Sherman in Richardson. Sean Sunby with CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant and Matt Waldon represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INDUSTRIAL: Southlake - Nationwide Retail Services has expanded and leased 8,000 SF at 2865 Exchange Blvd. in Southlake. LeAnn Brown with Silver Oak Commercial Realty represented the landlord.

 



 

 

 

 

OFFICE: Dallas - Graham Byrne, Ltd. purchased a 32,968 SF office building at 2535 Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas. Ryan Boozer with Mercer Company represented the buyer. Phil Rosenfeld, Matt Thompson, Chris Maling and David Maling with Colliers International represented the seller, Cathay Bank.

 

 

 

RETAIL: Grand Prairie - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of Carrier Parkway Shopping Center, a 42,148 SF retail property located at 1000 North Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie. Philip Levy with Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor was also secured and represented by Levy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

RETAIL: Fort Worth - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of a 7,000 SF, net-leased Cash America Pawn located near the intersection of McCart Avenue and Altamesa Boulevard in Fort Worth. Vincent Knipp with Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a Colorado-based LLC. The buyer, a local partnership, was also represented by Knipp.

 

 

 

 

 

RETAIL: Dallas - Restaurants America has leased a 5,810 SF space at Mockingbird Station in Dallas. The space will house a new concept from the restaurant group known locally for Primebar in Uptown Dallas and Townhouse Kitchen + Bar in North Dallas. Michael Miller and Jason Puig with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant. Aaron Stephenson, Zachary Porter and Brett Madden with Retail Street Advisors represented the landlord, Mockingbird Station.

 

 

 

 

STORAGE: Weatherford - Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services sold Bankhead Self Storage, a 38,115 SF self-storage facility property located at 2650 East Bankhead Highway in Weatherford. Brandon Karr with Marcus & Millichap listed for sale with a local private investor, Jim and Barbara Owens. The buyer, another private investor, was secured by Brandon Karr as well.
