ANNOUNCEMENT: Houston - Moody Rambin Interests announced the promotion of Terri Torregrossa to Senior Vice President of the Office Services division. Terri has been active in office leasing for more than twenty years and has been a Vice President in the firm's Office division for the previous eight years. Terri was one of the firm's top producers in both 2010 and 2011.

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Mann Warehousing leased 30,000 SF of warehouse space at 4410 Clinton Drive in Houston. James E. Foreman and Louis "Beau" Kaleel of Cushman and Wakefield of Texas represented the landlord, Crosby 2100 Retail, Ltd., in the negotiations.

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - The Furniture Co., L.P. renewed 22,100 SF of office/warehouse space at 6815 & 6819 Theall in Houston. Damon Palermo with PalermoBarr CREA represented the tenant. Gloria Parrino with Betz Commercial Brokerage represented the landlord, Arnold & Norma Rodriguez Family Limited Trust.

INDUSTRIAL: Deer Park - Doug Bates and Joel Hill with Henry S. Miller Brokerage brokered a design-build requirement for Excel Modular Scaffolding to build their 16,000 SF facility at the NWQ of Highway 225 and Independence Parkway in Deer Park. Excel closed on the land acquisition at the end of March and they just executed the design and build agreement with Levey Development and Construction.

INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Saxon Technologies has purchased 8,000 SF of office/warehouse space at 6922 Signat Drive in Houston. Nick Peterson and Payton Indermuehle with ICO Commercial represented the buyer. Steve Adkisson with TNRG represented seller.

LAND: Baytown - CCD Investments, LLC acquired 40 acres located on the east side of the Grand Parkway, south of FM 565 at 17303 FM 2354 in Baytown. Lee Jones and Darin Gosda with Betz Commercial Brokerage represented the seller, El Paso Energy Service Co.

OFFICE: Houston - Stream Realty Partners negotiated the relocation of UHY LLP's Houston office to occupy approx. 90,000 SF on the 17th through 20th floors of America Tower, located at 2929 Allen Parkway. Anthony Squillante, Kyle Jacobs, John Pope, Jeremy Hunt and Chris Johnson of Stream Realty Partners provided tenant representation for UHY. Bill Stone of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas provided landlord representation for the owner, American General Life Insurance Company.

OFFICE: Houston - General Welding Works, Inc. renewed 9,932 SF of office space for 5 years at 2010 North Loop West in Houston. Jeff Webb with Jeff Webb Real Estate represented the tenant and Tammy Wiltz represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

OFFICE: Houston - STX US Marine, Inc. renewed 5,497 SF at the Ashford Crossing II building, located at 1880 Dairy Ashford in Houston. Terri Torregrossa of Moody Rambin Interests represented the building owner, KWI Ashford Westchase Buildings LP. Theodore E. Brakatselos with Houston Site Acquisitions represented the tenant in negotiations.

OFFICE: Houston - ProEnergy Services, LLC expanded and renewed 4,999 SF of office space for 5 years at 616 FM 1960 in Houston. Trey Young represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

RETAIL: Rosenberg - NewQuest Properties ground leased 76,495 SF to Carl's Jr. at Brazos Town Center, located at Hwy 59 and FM 762 in Rosenberg. David K. Meyers represented NewQuest.
