Responsibilities have included financial modeling, acquisition/disposition transactions, and lease negotiations.
ANNOUNCEMENT: Austin - Jeff Nebrat has been promoted to senior vice president and head of asset and property management for Cencor Realty Services' Austin office. Nebrat, who has been with the company for 14 years, now oversees all asset and property management operations of the 2.8-million-square-foot portfolio of properties operated by Cencor in Austin.

OFFICE: San Antonio - Baker Hughes leased 17,960 SF of office space at Concord Park Two, located at 401 E. Sonterra Blvd. in San Antonio, from Concord Real Properties Corp. Travis Commercial represented the landlord.
OFFICE: Austin - The Weitzman Group has negotiated the sale/leaseback of 3011 North Lamar Boulevard, a 9,280 SF multi-tenant office building, near the Medical Center and just north of the University of Texas. Brad Bailey with The Weitzman Group represented the buyer, a local family partnership, in the transaction.
OFFICE: San Antonio - TEK Systems leased 8,116 SF of office space at McAllister Plaza, 9601 McAllister Freeway in San Antonio, from RBL McAllister LLC. Travis Commercial represented the landlord.

RETAIL: Austin - The Weitzman Group, on behalf of a locally based development company, has negotiated the sale of Sunset Plaza, a 10,500 SF neighborhood retail center located at 8774 West Adams Avenue in Austin. The purchaser was a Temple-based investor. Brad Bailey and Logan Reichle with The Weitzman Group handled negotiations. The retail center, built in 2008, is 100-percent leased.
RETAIL: Austin - Austin Sign Company leased 2,550 SF at Lone Star Center, 9012 Research Blvd. in Austin. Brett Gissler of Retail Solutions represented the landlord and Adam Fike of Southwest Strategies Group represented the tenant.
RETAIL: Austin - Beau Kisses has leased 1,800 SF at The Trails at 620, NWC of RR 620 & Wilson Parke Avenue in Austin. Matt Delahoussaye of Retail Solutions represented the tenant. Stacey Gilham of EDGE Realty Partners represented the landlord.
