INDUSTRIAL: Houston - HFF announced that it has closed the sale of Commerce Center, an eight-building, 256,265 SF industrial facility located at 9000 Southwest Freeway in Houston. HFF marketed the properties on behalf of the seller, Insite Commercial Real Estate. Agarita Management purchased the properties. The HFF investment sales team representing Insite Commercial Real Estate was led by Rusty Tamlyn and Trent Agnew.
INDUSTRIAL: Houston - The Perfect Touch Linens has purchased a ���32,760 SF building at 3202 McKinney in Houston. The seller, Porter Warner Industries, was represented by Chris Caudill and Joel Michael of NAI Houston.
INDUSTRIAL: Houston - Mobile Storage of Texas LLC dba Zippy Shell West Houston leased 10,000 SF office/warehouse located at 3233 West 11th Street in Houston. James E. Foreman and Louis "Beau" Kaleel of Cushman and Wakefield of Texas represented the landlord, 3315 W11th Ltd. and Bay El Camino, Ltd., in the negotiations.
INDUSTRIAL: Sugar Land - Corredor Concepts and X-Treme Fitness have leased a combined 5,400 SF of retail/warehouse space at 1719 Eldridge Road in Sugar Land. Corredor Concepts is a silk screening and embroidery company. X-Treme Fitness features boot camp, cardio kickboxing, and self defense classes for all fitness levels. Larry Indermuehle and Jane Holloway with ICO Commercial represented the landlord.

LAND: Houston - YD Investment, LLC purchased 2.09 acres in Brittmore-Tanner Business Park in Houston. Sergio Pineda with Hankamer & Associates represented the seller, Pineda Investment Corp.
LAND: Houston - Christopher Dray of Moody Rambin Investment Services represented SEBA Metals in the acquisition of 13,200 SF of land at Katy Freeway and Cortlandt Street in Houston. In the summer, SEBA Metals will begin constructing a 12,000 SF office building that will house the company's corporate headquarters.

RETAIL: Sugar Land - HFF announced that it has closed the sale of First Colony Marketplace, a 111,675 SF neighborhood shopping center located at 4610 Highway 6 South in Sugar Land. HFF represented the seller, CAP First Colony LLC. Fidelis Realty Partners purchased the property. The HFF team representing the seller was led by Rusty Tamlyn and Ryan West.
