ANNOUNCEMENT: San Antonio - Embrey Partners, Ltd. announced that David Krukiel has been hired as Vice President of Development, supporting new opportunities in Colorado, Northwest San Antonio and Austin. Krukiel has been involved in the development and construction of more than 4,200 apartment units totaling more than $450 million. He previously worked with AMLI Residential where he oversaw projects in Dallas.

 

 

 

 

 

INDUSTRIAL: Schertz - A 386,000 SF industrial building on 42 acres at 1150 Schwab Road in Schertz was sold. Michael Weiss and Nick Prater with 4M Realty Company represented the seller, City Bank Texas. The buyer, Salof Properties, LLC, was represented by John McMillan of First American Commercial Property Group.

 

 

 

 

 
 
INDUSTRIAL: San Antonio - A 163,000 SF industrial building on 9 acres at 6351 Rittiman Road in San Antonio was sold. Michael Weiss and Nick Prater with 4M Realty Company represented the seller, City Bank Texas. The buyer, Daily Bread Ministries, a local non-profit organization, was represented by Todd Hess of Keller Williams Commercial Realty.

 

 

 

 

 

 

MULTIFAMILY: Eagle Pass - An affiliation of Ascension Commercial Real Estate has purchased the 136-unit Holly Apartment Homes, located at 1925 N. Veterans Boulevard in Eagle Pass. The community consists of 11 buildings, built in three different phases, the last of which was in 1996. Holly Apartments, Ltd. was the seller.

 

 

 

RETAIL: Kyle - HFF announced that it has secured a $4.7 million loan for the refinancing of The Village at Kyle, a 26,000 SF shopping center in Kyle. Working on behalf of SCC Development, HFF placed the five-year fixed-rate loan with Texas Exchange Bank. The Village at Kyle is located at 5695 Kyle Parkway, about 12 miles south of Austin. The HFF team representing SCC Development was led by Tyler Ford and Tucker Knight.

 

 

 

 
 
RETAIL: Austin - New Era Furnishings has leased 10,000 SF at the former Lack's Building, 2020 W. Anderson Lane in Austin. Alan Rust of Retail Solutions represented the landlord. Jared Ashberg of Ashberg Ventues represented the tenant.

 

 

 

 

 

 

RETAIL: Marble Falls - Tuesday Morning has renewed their 6,000 SF space at Northlake Plaza, 2511 US Hwy 281 in Marble Falls. David Simmonds of Retail Solutions represented the landlord.

 

RETAIL: Pflugerville - NewQuest Properties leased 4,775 SF to Morelia Mexican Grill in Stone Hill Town Center, located at Hwy. 130 and SH 45 in Pflugerville. Josh Friedlander represented NewQuest. Sheree Leonard of The Leaders Realty, LLC represented the tenant.
